Skillforce is a managed AI-worker service operated by Rise Robotics Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the public Skillforce website handles personal information.

Information we receive

This website does not currently use a contact form, advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or first-party marketing cookies. If you choose to email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, organisation and workflow description. Our hosting and security providers may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested page and time, to deliver and protect the site.

Bookings through Calendly

If you choose a booking link, you leave the Skillforce website and provide scheduling information to Calendly. We receive the booking details needed to arrange and prepare for the meeting. Calendly processes that information on our behalf and may use its own cookies and request data as described in the Calendly Privacy Notice. Do not include patient information, credentials or other sensitive production data in a booking form.

How we use it

We use enquiry and booking information to respond, assess whether a Skillforce service may fit your workflow, arrange meetings, prepare a proposal and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service data

Any later handling of customer systems or operational data is governed by the applicable service agreement, access boundaries and data-processing terms agreed before deployment. Do not send credentials or sensitive production data in an initial email enquiry.

Providers and cross-border handling

Email, scheduling and site infrastructure may be provided by Microsoft, Calendly and Amazon Web Services. Information may be processed in countries where those providers or Rise Robotics operate, subject to the applicable provider terms and safeguards.

Retention and rights

We retain enquiry and booking information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and legal recordkeeping. You may ask to access, correct or delete information by emailing rav@riserobotics.sg.
